Dr. Charlayne Hayling-Williams
Innovator. Advocate. Truth Seeker. Psychologist-Next-Door

I wake up each day knowing that someone’s life will be enduringly changed by the work I’m doing as a psychologist, business owner, consultant, and activist. Engaging and partnering with people struggling with the dangerous effects of systemic racism like poverty, mental illness, addiction, and housing inadequacies brings me fulfillment. This work also feeds the passion for my bigger WHY -- providing a replicable system of care that elevates the conditions of black communities navigating unfit courses.
Dr. Charlayne Hayling-Williams is the founding President of Community Wellness Ventures a comprehensive human services agency headquartered in the District of Columbia.
